Pre-order items are dispatched either within 2-3 weeks or 4-6 weeks  from the date your order is placed. Please check each item's description before ordering.

All orders will be shipped out using 2nd Class Royal Mail. If you require a faster delivery, please contact us and we will try our best.

Currently, we do not offer a collection service.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the products we sell, order cancellations are not possible.  

Unless an item is damaged or faulty, we do not accept returns.
